Let \(M\) be a \(2m\)-dimensional almost Hermitian manifold with almost complex structure \(J\) and Hermitian metric \(g\), and let \(D\) be the linear connection on \(M\) satisfying \(Dg=0\) and \(DJ=0\). this connection \(D\) is called the Hermitian connection of the almost Hermitian manifold \((M,J,g)\). Using the curvature tensor of the Hermitian connection \(D\) and a local adapted orthonormal frame field of \((M,J,g)\), we can define Ricci-type tensors \(Q,R,S\) on \(M\) and two scalar curvatures \(s\) and \(\widehat s\). A Hermitian manifold \((M,J,g)\) is called locally conformally Hermitian-flat if every point \(x\in M\) has an open neighborhood \(U\) with a differentiable function \(\sigma: U\to \mathbb{R}\) such that \(g'= e^{-\sigma} \cdot g|_U\) is a Hermitian-flat metric on \(U\). The author constructs a tensor \(B\) of type (1,3) on \(M\) which is conformally invariant and proves that \((M,J,g)\) is locally conformally Hermitian-flat if and only if the tensor \(B\) vanishes on \(M\). The author next proves that, for a locally conformally Hermitian-flat manifold \((M,J,g)\), if two of the three Ricci-type tensors \(Q,R\), and \(S\) coincide then \((M,J,g)\) is either Hermitian-flat or of pointwise constant holomorphic sectional curvature. The author also proves that there is no compact locally conformally Hermitian-flat manifold with negative scalar curvature \(s\) or \(\widehat s\).
