The author considers the inhomogeneous Stokes problem in a bounded domain \(\Omega\subset\mathbb{R}^3\), i.e. \[ -\nu\Delta u+\nabla p= f,\quad \text{div }u= g\quad\text{in }\Omega,\quad u=u_\Gamma\quad\text{on }\partial\Omega, \] where \(g\) and \(u_\Gamma\) satisfy the compatibility condition \[ \int_\Omega g=\int_{\partial\Omega} u_\Gamma\cdot n. \] The main result of the paper concerns the \(W^{m+2,r}\)-regularity \((1< r<\infty)\) of weak solutions under the assumption that the boundary of \(\Omega\) is only of class \(W^{m+2,\infty}\) (rather than \(C^{m+2}\)). It is proved that for \(f\in W^{m,r}(\Omega)\), \(g\in W^{m+1,r}(\Omega)\) and \(u_\Gamma\in W^{m+2-{1\over r},r}(\partial\Omega)\) there exists a unique solution \((u,p)\in W^{m+2,r}(\Omega)\times W^{m+1,r}(\Omega)/\mathbb{R}\). It satisfies \[ |u|_{W^{m+2,r}(\Omega)}+ |p|_{W^{m+1,r}(\Omega)/\mathbb{R}}\leq C(|f|_{W^{m,r}(\Omega)}+ |g|_{W^{m+1,r}(\Omega)}+ |u_\Gamma|_{W^{m+2-{1\over r},r}(\partial\Omega)}). \] In a first step the difference quotient technique is used in order to obtain the result in the case \(r=2\). \(L^r\)-estimates are then derived with the help of the theory of hydrodynamic potentials and localization arguments.
