Interval systems, with or without delays, have been studied not only for their theoretical interest but also as a tool for robust system analysis and practical control design [see, e.g., \textit{C. Zhou} and \textit{J. Deng}, Int. J. Control 43, 313-320 (1986; Zbl 0584.93056) and \textit{D. D. Šiliak}, IEEE Trans. Autom. Control 34, 674-688 (1989; Zbl 0687.93033)]. The stability criteria for interval system with time delays are classified into two categories -- delay-independent criteria and delay-dependent criteria. Most of the interesting results obtained so far in the stability analysis of interval systems with time delays are confined to either constant time delay cases or to searching delay-independent criteria for time-varying delay cases. However, the delay terms usually vary with time in many practical time delay systems. This paper has discussed the global asymptotic stability for interval systems with multiple time-varying delays.
