The authors apply waveform relaxation (WR) to functional differential systems of neutral type. It is shown that continuous time WR iterations converge linearly for neutral equations and superlinearly in the case when the right hand side is independent of the history of the derivative of the solution. Error bounds for the numerical WR iterations are also presented and so are some numerical examples.
