Let $S $ be a domain of the unit sphere $S^{n-1}$ and $C_S$ the positive cone generated by $S$. Let $p>1$. The authors prove the existence of $p$-harmonic functions $u$ under the condition $u(r, \sigma) = r^{-\beta}\omega (\sigma)$ and $u$ vanishing on the boundary of the cylinder. The authors prove the uniqueness of the exponent $\beta$ and of the normalised function $\Omega$ under a Lipschitz condition on $S$.
