Three-dimensional Alexandrov spaces with positive or nonnegative Ricci curvature (Q681615)

Three-dimensional Alexandrov spaces satisfying a \textit{reduced \((K,N)\)-curvature dimension condition} introduced by \textit{K. Bacher} and \textit{K.-T. Sturm} [J. Funct. Anal. 259, No. 1, 28--56 (2010; Zbl 1196.53027)] based on the approach due to Lott-Sturm-Villani are considered. One of the main results of the paper is that a three-dimensional \(CD^{*}(2,3)\)-Alexandrov space is either homeomorphic to a spherical space form or to a suspension of the real projective plane.
