    The authors study the asymptotic behaviour, as \(0<\varepsilon\to 0\), of the sequence of solutions \(u_{\varepsilon}\) of the initial-boundary value problem \(du'_{\varepsilon}-[\text{div} (A^0_{\varepsilon}\nabla u_{\varepsilon})+\Delta u'_{\varepsilon}]dt=f dt+g dW\) in \(Q_{T}=Q\times (0,T)\), \(u_{\varepsilon}=0\) on \(\partial Q\times(0,T)\), \(u_{\varepsilon}(x,0)=u^0(x)\) and \(u'_{\varepsilon}(x,0)=u^1(x)\) in \(Q\), where \(\varepsilon>0\) is a small parameter, \(u'_{\varepsilon}=\partial u_{\varepsilon}/\partial t\), \(Q\) is a Lipschitz domain in \(\mathbb R^{N}\), \(W=(W(t)))_{0\leq t\leq T}\) is an \(m\)-dimensional standard Wiener process, \(A^0_{\varepsilon}(x)=A_0(x,x/\varepsilon)\), \(A_0\in C(\bar Q, L^{\infty}(\mathbb R^{N}_{y}))^{N\times N}\) is a \(N\times N\) symmetric matrix with \(A_0(x,y)\xi\cdot \xi\geq \alpha|\xi|^2\) for all \(\xi\in R^{N}\), \(x\in \bar Q\) and a.e. \(y\in R^{N}\), \(f\in L^2(Q_{T})\), \(g\in L^2(Q_{T})^{m}\), \(u^0\in H_0^1(Q)\), \(u^1\in L^2(Q)\). It is established the homogenization result by using the sigma-convergence method. As an application of obtained results the case of periodic homogenization is considered.
