The authors prove results about solutions of the Diophantine equation \(x^p + y^p = z^3\) over various number fields using the modular method. The first result is an asymptotic result for some of the solutions over general number fields (Theorem 1.1). The second one is an explicit result for general solutions over some imaginary quadratic fields with class number one (Theorem 1.2).\N\NTo achieve these results various different techniques have to be combined. For the asymptotic result, the authors mostly follow the works of \textit{E. Işik} et al. [Turk. J. Math. 44, No. 4, 1197--1211 (2020; Zbl 1478.11041)] and of \textit{Y. Kara} and \textit{E. Ozman} [Int. J. Number Theory 16, No. 5, 907--924 (2020; Zbl 1477.11057)]. To obtain the second result, they additionally use the work of \textit{F. Najman} and \textit{G. C. Ţurcaş} [Int. J. Number Theory 17, No. 8, 1729--1738 (2021; Zbl 1477.11109)] and of \textit{N. Freitas} and \textit{S. Siksek} [Algebra Number Theory 9, No. 4, 875--895 (2015; Zbl 1395.11053)].
