Following \textit{L. Schwartz} [Théorie des distributions. Nouvelle édition, entièrement corrigée, refondue et augmentée. Paris: Hermann \& Cie (1966; Zbl 0149.09501)], the space \(\mathcal B\) is the space \( \mathcal D_{L^\infty}(\mathbb R^n) \) of smooth functions all of whose derivatives are bounded. The space \( \dot {\mathcal B'} \) of distributions vanishing at infinity is the closure of \( \mathcal E' \) in \( \mathcal B' \). In the present paper, several properties of the tensor product \( \mathcal D'(\dot {\mathcal B}) = \mathcal D'(\mathbb R^n) \hat\otimes \dot{\mathcal B} \) are given, e.\,g., it is shown that this space is ultrabornologocal, but not semi-reflexive. Several descriptions of its dual are given. The crucial tool in the latter investigations is a modification of the Corollaire to Lemme 9 in Chapitre II in [\textit{A. Grothendieck}, Mem. Am. Math. Soc. 16 (1954; Zbl 0058.33402)] which describes the strong dual of \( E \hat\otimes F \) for nuclear and complete \(E\) and reflexive and complete \(F\). Here, the condition of completeness of \(E\) is weakened to quasicompleteness together with the strict approximation property.
