The paper is devoted to the problem of simultaneous conjugacy of a set of Sylow \(p_i\)-subgroups \((P_1, \dots, P_n)\) for distinct primes. The authors' main goal is to prove the existence of an element \(x \in G\) that minimizes the intersections \(P_i \cap P^x_i\) simultaneously for all \(i \in \{1, \dots, n\}\). It is proved that a finite group \(G\) cannot be represented as a union of normalizers \(\bigcup_{i=1}^n N_G(P_i)\) if all \(p_i\) are distinct. This generalizes classical results on non-cyclic groups. It is established that for \(S_k\), for sufficiently large \(k\), there exists an element \(x\) that ensures the trivial intersection (\(P_i \cap P^x_i = 1\)) for all Sylow subgroups under consideration simultaneously. The conjecture is confirmed for groups of odd order whose quotient group by the Fitting subgroup \(G/F(G)\) is nilpotent. It is shown that the desired element \(x\) can always be found inside \(F(G)\).
