The paper introduces the notion of a relatively acylindrical action of the fundamental group of a graph of relatively hyperbolic groups on its Bass-Serre tree. The definition extends the classical notion of acylindricity by allowing stabilizers of long geodesic segments to be parabolic subgroups and it reduces to the usual definition in the absence of parabolic subgroups in the edge groups.\N\NThe main result is Theorem~5.1, which states that if \((\mathcal G,Y)\) is a finite graph of groups whose vertex groups are relatively hyperbolic, whose edge groups are fully relatively quasiconvex in the adjacent vertex groups, whose induced parabolic structures on edge groups coincide and whose Bass-Serre action is relatively acylindrical, then the fundamental group \(G\) is hyperbolic relative to the subgroups corresponding to the cone loci. Moreover, under the same hypotheses, the vertex groups embed as relatively quasiconvex subgroups of \(G\).\N\NThe proof follows the strategy of \textit{F.~Dahmani} [Geom. Topol. 7, 933--963 (2003; Zbl 1037.20042)] by constructing explicitly a compact metrizable space endowed with a convergence action of \(G\). The relatively acylindrical hypothesis is used to control the domains of boundary points, ensuring that only parabolic points may have infinite domains. This allows the author to establish geometric finiteness of the action and to conclude relative hyperbolicity via the topological characterization due to \textit{A.~Yaman} [J. Reine Angew. Math. 566, 41--89 (2004; Zbl 1043.20020)].
