A group is called virtually algebraically fiber if it has a finite-index subgroup mapping onto \(\mathbb{Z}\) with finitely generated kernel. The aim of the paper is to construct, for every \(n\ge 2\), infinitely many isomorphism classes of hyperbolic right-angled Coxeter groups that virtually algebraically fiber and have virtual cohomological dimension \(n\) (main theorem).\N\NThe virtual fibering criterion itself is not proved in this paper. Theorem 2.1 is a restatement, in the language of right-angled Coxeter groups, of results due to \textit{K. Jankiewicz} et al. [J. Inst. Math. Jussieu 20, No. 3, 957--987 (2021; Zbl 1508.20045)]. In particular, it asserts that if the defining graph \(\Gamma\) of a right-angled Coxeter group admits a legal system of moves, then the group virtually algebraically fibers. The role of Theorem 2.1 in the paper is purely foundational: it provides the external criterion that the authors aim to realize through explicit combinatorial constructions.\N\NThe main contribution of the paper is the construction of graphs admitting such legal systems, starting from suitable nonpositively curved cube complexes. After introducing the notion of \(5\)-large cube complexes and a general simplicial thickening procedure, the authors define a specific thickening \(T(X)\) associated with a finite cube complex \(X\). An explicit initial state on the vertex set of \(T(X)\) and a family of combinatorial moves are then prescribed. Under natural structural assumptions on \(X\) (namely, the absence of disconnecting cubes and isolated corners), these data are shown to produce a legal system of moves on the \(1\)-skeleton of \(T(X)\). This step is the core of the argument, as it converts geometric and combinatorial properties of \(X\) into virtual fibering of the associated Coxeter group via the external criterion above.\N\NIn the final part of the paper, the authors analyze the virtual cohomological dimension of the groups obtained by iterating the construction. Using Davis' formula for right-angled Coxeter groups, the problem is reduced to bounding the cohomological dimension of certain auxiliary spaces associated with simplices of the thickened complexes. This yields the precise computation \(\mathrm{vcd}(G_{n+1})=n+1\) at each stage of the iteration.
