Summary: There is derived a representation formula for the velocity field and the pressure of three-dimensional Stokes flows via three (scalar and unique) harmonic functions. This formula yields the complete system of interior solutions of the Stokes equations by \textit{R. N. Kaufmann} [J. Appl. Math. Mech. 27, 262-268 (1963; Zbl 0134.211)] when expanding the harmonic functions in terms of spherical harmonics.
