In this paper, the authors provide a quick proof that relies only on pigeonholing and stationary-phase considerations to establish the boundedness of the maximal truncations of oscillatory singular integrals. By using these methods, the authors prove that the maximal truncations of oscillatory singular integrals are bounded from spaces \(L^{1}(\mathbb{R})\) into spaces \(L^{1,\infty}(\mathbb{R})\).
