Let \(K\) be a Henselian discretely valued field whose residue field \(k\) has characteristic \(p\), and let \(L/K\) be a finite Galois extension with Galois group \(G=\text{Gal}(L/K)\). There is a filtration of \(G\) by its ramification subgroups \(G^r\) for positive \(r\in\mathbb{Q}\). The ramification subgroups of \(G\) are well-understood in the case where the residue field \(k\) is perfect. It was proved in [\textit{T. Saito}, Am. J. Math. 145, No. 5, 1389--1464 (2023; Zbl 1537.14040)] that in the general case there is an extension \(K'/K\) which is ``tangentially dominant'', and such that the residue field of \(K'\) is perfect. This paper shows how to compute the ramification subgroups of \(G\) in terms of the known ramification subgroups of \(G'=\text{Gal}(LK'/K')\).\N\NFor the entire collection see [Zbl 1573.11004].
