In this paper, the asymptotic behavior of he following boundary value problem:\N\[\N\begin{aligned} \N-\Delta u_\epsilon &= f\quad &\text{in } \Omega,\\\Nu_\epsilon ^- &=u_\epsilon ^+\quad &\text{on } \partial\Omega, \\\N\dfrac{\partial u_\epsilon ^-}{\partial \nu_0\hphantom{\scriptstyle{-}}} &=\epsilon \dfrac{\partial u_\epsilon ^+}{\partial \nu_0\hphantom{\scriptstyle{+}}}\quad &\text{on } \partial\Omega, \\\N\Delta u_\epsilon &= 0\quad &\text{in } \Sigma_\epsilon , \\\N\epsilon \dfrac{\partial u_\epsilon }{\partial \nu_\epsilon } +\beta u_\epsilon &= 0\quad &\text{on } \partial \Omega_\epsilon, \N\end{aligned}\N\]\Nis studied where \(f\in L^2(\Omega)\) and \(u_\epsilon ^-\) and \(u_\epsilon ^+\) denote the traces of \(u_\epsilon \) on \(\partial\Omega\) in \(\Omega\) and in \(\Sigma_\epsilon \) respectively.\N\NThe work is focused on the behavior of solutions \(u_\epsilon \) in the set \(\Sigma_\epsilon \). This interest is mainly motivated by the fact, that the solutions to some variational problems in thin sets of the type \(\Sigma_\epsilon \) can be approximated with functions that are linear along the normal rays to \(\partial\Omega\). It is shown, if the set \(\Sigma_\epsilon \) to the set \(\Sigma_1\) is stretched, then the stretched solutions \(\tilde{u}_\epsilon \) converge to a function that, in \(\Sigma_1\), is linear with respect to the distance from \(\partial\Omega\). Furthermore, this convergence property will be sufficient to study the first-order development by \(\Gamma\)-convergence
