The authors inverstigate conditions of the existence of multi-utility representations for decision-makers, who encounter comparing real-world alternatives. The present paper studies the conditions for countable and continuous Richter-Peleg multi-utility representations. This representations are formed by a family of strictly isotonic functions. Both continuous and semi-continuous functions are included. The main result of the paper is the proof of several theorems establishing necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence of the Richter-Peleg multi-utility representation.
