The authors consider two linear spaces \(Z\) and \(T\) together with a skew-symmetric non-degenerate bilinear 2-form \(Q:Z\times Z\to T\). A set \(C\subset G = Z\times T\) is said to be horizontally convex when any horizontal (that is, contained in \(Z\times\{\ast\}\)) segment joining two points of \(C\) is entirely contained in \(C\). Among other results, the authors show that the non-characteristic part (as defined in the paper) of the boundary \(\partial C\) is foliated by Lipschitz continuous curves which are twice differentiable almost everywhere.
