In a Banach space setting, a new notion of epsilon-regular normal cone to a set at a point is introduced. With this notion, necessary and sufficient conditions are obtained for the Lipschitz-like property of a given multifunction acting between reflexive Banach spaces. Pointbased necessary and sufficient conditions are proved of the relative Lipschitz-like property of multifunctions, and an upper and lower estimate of the exact relative Lipschitzian bound at a point is obtained. Chain rules for conic contingent derivatives are presented. Relative extremal principle and sum rules for such derivatives are derived. A relative fuzzy intersection rule is established for sets in Hilbert spaces. A pointbased sum rule for conic contingent derivatives is proved.
