The main player of the paper is the moduli theory of holomorphic genus one fibrations on a fixed smooth \(K3\) manifold \(M\), organized by a primitive isotropic class \(e\in H^{2}(M;\mathbb Z)\) with \(e^{2}=0\). The guiding theme is that the differential-geometric moduli of Ricci-flat metrics and the algebro-geometric moduli of genus one fibrations can be related via \(e\).\N\NThe paper constructs several Hausdorff orbifold moduli spaces including loci with restricted singular fibers and the elliptic locus with section and relates them by natural maps. A distinguished morphism is the universal Jacobian map sending a genus one fibration to its Jacobian elliptic fibration.\N\NThe paper proves the following results:\N\begin{itemize}\N\item For a Ricci-flat metric \(g\) together with \(e\), there is a unique compatible complex structure \(J_g\) such that \(g\) is Kähler-Einstein and \(e\) is effective, when \(e\) is represented by a smooth genus one curve it yields a genus one fibration with fiber class \(e\).\N\item The relevant moduli spaces admit period maps to arithmetic quotients of orthogonal symmetric domains attached to the reduced lattice \(H(e)=e^{\perp}/\mathbb Ze\), in several cases the period map is an open embedding with image described as the complement of explicit reflection-type divisors, with boundary behavior interpreted in terms of Kodaira fiber types.\N\item The orbifold fundamental groups and their monodromy are determined in arithmetic terms, in particular, one obtains concrete extensions involving the lattice \(H(e)\).\N\item The universal Jacobian map is a \(C^{\infty}\) orbifold fiber bundle whose fiber has the homotopy type of a \(20\)-torus, and the elliptic locus provides a section.\N\item As applications, the authors derive consequences for the smooth mapping class group of \(M\), including fiber-preserving realization results and a Nielsen-type realization for the unipotent part \(H(e)\), viewed as a smooth analogue of a Mordell-Weil group.\N\end{itemize}
