The book provides a first course on projective geometry for undergraduate students. Only basic knowledge on linear algebra, groups and fields are required. \N\NThe first two chapters are devoted to the analytical and the synthetic approach, respectively, to projective spaces. Therefore, both traditional methods are covered, which is quite rare for introductory textbooks. Moreover, since the two chapters are independent from each other, the reader (or lecturer) can focus on the desired approach. The third chapter deals with conics in the projective plane and contains the theorems of Pascal and Bézout.\N\NThe book is written in a clear and very readable way and, hence, is adopted to the potential target audience. Several pictures help the readers to understand the content. Furthermore, useful exercises are provided at the end of each subsection.\N\NSumming up, working through the book can help the beginner to achieve a good working knowledge on basic projective geometry. Besides its intended use as textbook for an undergraduate course on projective geometry, it also provides a good basis for self-studies.
