The cobordism hypothesis [\textit{J. C. Baez} and \textit{J. Dolan}, J. Math. Phys. 36, No. 11, 6073--6105 (1995; Zbl 0863.18004)] provides a new angle to study and construct topological quantum field theories. One simply has to find a fully dualizable object in a higher category so that it induces a framed fully extended TQFT. This paper investigates one particular example of target category, the 4-category \(\boldsymbol{BRTENS}\) of braided tensor categories and bimodules between them or the higher Morita category \(\mathsf{ALG}_{2}(\boldsymbol{PR})\) of \(\mathbb{E}_{2}\)-algebras in some 2-category of cocomplete categories.\N\NEven higher Morita categories are defined [\textit{T. Johnson-Freyd} and \textit{C. Scheimbauer}, Adv. Math. 307, 147--223 (2017; Zbl 1375.18043)]. They form an \((n+k)\)-fold Segal space \(\mathsf{ALG}_{n}(\mathcal{S})\) with \ a \(k\)-category. It was shown in [\textit{O. Gwilliam} and \textit{C. Scheimbauer}, ``Duals and adjoints in higher Morita categories'', Preprint, \url{arXiv:1804.10924}] that every object in \(\mathsf{ALG}_{n}(\mathcal{S})\) is \(n\)-dualizable. This paper investigates the case \(\mathcal{S}=\boldsymbol{PR}\), the 2-category of locally presentable \(\boldsymbol{k}\)-linear categories, cocontinuous functors and natural transformations over a field \(\boldsymbol{k}\) of characteristic zero.\N\NThis paper considers the category \(\boldsymbol{BRTENS}^{\rightarrow}\) of arrows in the chosen target category, where morphisms are oplax squares filled by a 2-morphism. Given \(\mathcal{L}\) a fully extended \((n+\epsilon)\)-TQFT, a relative theory to \(\mathcal{L}\) is a symmetric monoidal functor\N\[\N\mathcal{R}:\boldsymbol{BORD}_{n}\rightarrow\boldsymbol{BRTENS}^{\rightarrow}\N\]\Nwhose source is trivial and whose target coincides with . The cobordism hypothesis applies directly in this context, implying that \(\mathcal{R}\) can be reconstructed from its value on the point \(\mathcal{R}(\mathsf{pt})\) which has to be fully dualizable in \(\boldsymbol{BRTENS}^{\rightarrow}\).\N\NThis paper studies the dualizability of the 1-morphism induced by the induction of the unit \(\eta:\mathsf{Vect}_{\boldsymbol{k}}\rightarrow \mathcal{V}\). The braided monoidal functor \ induces a \(\mathsf{Vect}_{\boldsymbol{k}}\)-\(\mathcal{V}\)-central algebra \(\mathcal{A\eta}\) which is \(\mathcal{V}\) as a tensor category with bimodule structure induced by \(\eta\). When it is plax-dualizable, it induces a relative TQFT to the one of \(\mathcal{V}\).\N\NIt is shown that fusion is a criterion for 3-dualizability, but not for 3-oplax dualizability. The author studies oplax-dualizability in detail, including the nonsemisimple case. It is expected that the induced oplax-twisted theory corresponds to the Witten-Keshetikhin-Turaev TQFT seen as relative to the Crane-Yetter 4-TQFT in Walker's [\url{https://canyon23.net/math/tc.pdf}] and Freed-Teleman's picture [\url{https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eJzsS9olSqo}].\N\NIt is shown in the modular nonsemisimple case that \(\mathcal{A\eta}\) is not 3-oplax-dualizable. A partial dualizability and a partially defined TQFT can only be hoped for.
