This paper considers interpolation problems in algebraic geometry which are not by points and which have codimensions at least 2, usual for zero-loci of vector bundle or reflexive sheaves, usually asking questions. It generalizes the questions and results on the Severi varieties of nodal curves on the plane and other rational surfaces. A sample of results proved is the following theorem. Let \(E\) be a rank \(2\) vector bundle on \(\mathbb{P}^3\) such that \(E(-1)\) is globally generated. Let \(V_{\delta}(E)\) denote subset of \(\mathbb{P}(H^0(E(m)))\) formed by the sections whose zero-locus \(Y\) is a nodal curve of geometric genus \(p_a(Y)-\delta\). Then for \(m\gg 0\) and \(0\le \delta \le m+1\) \(V_{\delta}(E)\) is either empty or of the expected dimension \(h^0(E(m))-1-\delta\). It is also explained when it is non-empty. Readers may be interested in merging these tools and the ones on other interpolations problems listed in [\textit{A. Landesman} and \textit{A. Patel}, Ann. Sc. Norm. Super. Pisa, Cl. Sci. (5) 19, No. 4, 1389--1428 (2019; Zbl 1439.14157); \textit{A. Landesman}, Int. Math. Res. Not. 2018, No. 13, 4063--4083 (2018; Zbl 1407.14054)] and in the references to these papers.
