The generalization of the integration of second-order differential equations with two-dimensional Lie symmetry algebras by reducing the basic symmetries to canonical forms is described for second-order equations with a small parameter \[ y''=F_{(0)}(x,y,y')+\varepsilon F_{(1)}(x,y,y') \] having two approximate symmetries. There are constructed canonical forms of the basic operators for the realization in \(\mathbb{R}^2\) of non-similar approximate Lie algebras. The general forms of the corresponding invariant second-order ordinary differential equations as well as their approximate solutions are obtained. Similar results are obtained for systems of two first-order ordinary differential equations with two approximate symmetries.
