The purpose of this paper is to investigate the concepts of \(I^K\) and \(I^{K^*}\)-convergence of functions, which serve as common generalizations of various types of \(I\) and \(I^*\)-convergence under certain constraints. The study of \(I^K\)-convergence of functions in topological spaces is extended by exploring some fundamental properties that had not been addressed previously. The authors also introduce the concept of \(I^{K^*}\)-convergence and investigate its relationship with \(I\), \(I\)*-, \(K\)*-, and \(I^K\)-convergence. In the process, they naturally encounter related notions such as limit points and cluster points. In the final section, they define \(I^K\)-limit points and explore their properties, including a sufficient condition for compactness in terms of \(I^K\)-limit points.
