The paper showed that for a log Calabi-Yau surface \((X,D)\) with smooth very ample anticanonical divisor, the theta functions of Gross-Hacking-Siebert defined by tropical counts can be written as generating functions of two-marked log Gromov-Witten invariants. This extends the correspondence between wall functions and \(1\)-marked log Gromov-Witten invariants in a previous work of the author.\N\NThe theta function defined on an affine manifold with singularities takes the form\N\[\N\vartheta_m(P) = \sum_{\mathfrak{b}\in\mathfrak{B}_m(P)} a_{\mathfrak{b}} z^{m_{\mathfrak{b}}}\N\]\Nfor an asymptotic exponent \(m\). The sum is over broken lines formed by wall crossing in the affine manifold. In the SYZ program, we consider a Lagrangian fibration of the log Calabi-Yau surface which induces an affine structure with singularities on the base. \(\vartheta_1\) should correspond to the counting of Maslov-two pseudoholomorphic discs bounded by an SYZ fiber at the base point \(P\), which gives a Landau-Ginzburg mirror of \((X,D)\).\N\NTheorem 1 of the paper expresses \(\vartheta_m\) in terms of two-marked log invariants \(N_{p,q}\) relative to the smooth very ample anticanonical divisor \(D\):\N\[\N\vartheta_q(P) = x^{-q} + \sum_{p=1}^\infty pN_{p,q}t^{p+q}x^p.\N\]\NMoreover, the multiplication rule for the theta functions, which takes the form\N\[\N\vartheta_p \cdot \vartheta_q = \vartheta_{p+q} + \sum_{r=0}^{\max\{p,q\}-1} \alpha_{p,q}^r \vartheta_r,\N\]\Ndetermines all \(N_{p,q}\) from the invariants \(N_{1,q}\) (Theorem 2). This gives a very interesting connection between tropical geometry, log Gromov-Witten theory and symplectic geometry for log Calabi-Yau surfaces and the total spaces of their canonical line bundles.
