Let \(\pi=\otimes_{p\leq \infty}\pi_p\) be an automorphic irreducible cuspidal representation of \(\mathrm{GL}_m\) over \(\mathbb{Q}\) with unitary central character. Denote by \(L(s, \pi)\) the \(L\)-function attached to \(\pi\). Let \(\lambda_\pi(n)\) denote the coefficients of \(L(s,\pi)\). Let \(g(n)\) be a multiplicative function which satisfies the following conditions: For every prime number \(p\) outside of an exceptional set \(S\), \(g(p)=B\), where \(B\) is a non-zero integer. Also for every positive integer \(n\), \(|g(n)|\leq d_{|B|}(n)\), where \(d_{|B|}(n)\) is the \(|B|\)-dimensional divisor function. Moreover, the exceptional set \(S\) satisfies \(|S\cap\{p|p\leq y\}|\ll y^{\frac{ 1}{ 2}}\) for any \(y>0\). Note that when \(|B|=2\) we have \(d_{|B|}(n)=d(n)\) , and when \(|B|= 1\) we have \(d_{|B|}(n)\equiv 1\). By assuming the Generalized Riemann Hypothesis (GRH) and the Generalized Ramanujan Conjecture (GRC), the main result of the paper is following estimate \N\[\N\frac{1}{X}\int_X^{2X}\left|\frac{1}{h}\sum_{x\leq n\leq x+h} g(n)\lambda_\pi(n)\right|^2 dx\ll_{\pi, B}\frac{(\log X)^{B^2+5}}{h},\N\]\Nprovided \(h=h(X)\leq \exp(\sqrt{(1-c)\log X})\) for any fixed \(0 <c< 1\) and \(h = h(X) \to \infty\) as \(X \to \infty\).
