      The authors study the number of limit cycles of vector fields on \(\mathbb{R}^3\) via center manifold reduction. The system treated is \N\[\N\left \{ \begin{array}{l} \dot{x} = f(x,y,z) + \varepsilon \tilde{f}(x,y,z,\delta),\\\N\dot{y} = g(x,y,z) + \varepsilon \tilde{g}(x,y,z,\delta),\\\N\dot{z} = r(x,y,z) + \varepsilon \tilde{r}(x,y,z,\delta), \end{array} \right. \N\]\Nwhere \(\varepsilon \in \mathbb{R}\), \(\delta \in D \subset \mathbb{R}^m\) with compact set \(D\), and \((x,y,z) \in G\) with an open region \(G \subset \mathbb{R}^3\).\N\NThe problem and results, which are related to Hilbert's 16th Problem, are of great interest to mathematicians.
