The paper constructs a family of Landau-Ginzburg models that satisfy many remarkable properties of mirror symmetry. These Landau-Ginzburg models are log Calabi-Yay varieties with proper superpotential maps. It is shown that they admit open algebraic torus charts on which the superpotential function \(w\) restricts to a Landau-Ginzburg polynomial satisfying a deformation of the Minkowski unsatz, and the general fibres of \(w\) are Dolgachev-Nikulin dual to the anticanonical hypersurfaces in the initial Fano threefold. For the construction of such a family of models, the deformation theory is developed for Landau-Ginzburg models in arbitrary dimension, following the work of Katzarkov, Kontsevich and Pantev [\textit{L. Katzarkov} et al., J. Differ. Geom. 105, No. 1, 55--117 (2017; Zbl 1361.35172)] with special emphasis on the case of Landau-Ginzburg models obtained from Laurent polynomials. The proof presented here of the Dolgachev-Nikulin mirror symmetry is by detailed case-by-case analysis, refining the work of \textit{I. Cheltsov} and \textit{V. Przyjalkowski} [Proc. Steklov Inst. Math. 328, No. 1, 1--156 (2025; Zbl 1572.14040); translation from Tr. Mat. Inst. Steklova 328, 1--164 (2025)] on the verification of the Katzarkov-Kontsevich-Pantev conjecture.\N\NThe majority of the article consists of tables listing Picard lattices of anticanonical hypersurfaces in Fano threefolds, Dolgachev-Nikulin duality for Fano threefolds: rank \(2\), rank \(3\), rank \(4\) and rank \(5-10\), and Dolgachev-Nikulin duality for parametrized toric Landau-Ginzburg models. \smallskip\N\NA motivation for this article arises from the desire to understand the possible relationship between Fano manifolds and their mirror Landau-Ginzburg models. Many different forms of mirror symmetry are abound, and one of the goals of this article to understand how predcitions coming from different forms of mirror symmetry are related to one another. In particular, if \(X\) is a Fano variety and \((Y,w)\) is its Landau-Ginzburg mirror, predictions are presented among: homological mirror tasymmetry, Hodge-theoretic mirror symmetry, and Fanosearch programme. These three strands of mirror symmetry are deeply interwoven, and the paper provides some details of their relationships.
