Let the oscillatory singular integral \(T_{\Omega}^P\) be \N\[\NT_{\Omega}^Pf(x):=\textrm{p.v.} \int_{\mathbb{R}^n} e^{iP(x,y)} \frac{\Omega(x-y)}{|x-y|^{n}}f(y) \ dy,\N\]\Nwhere \(\Omega\in L^1(\mathbb{S}^{n-1})\) is a homogeneous function of degree zero with mean value zero on the unit sphere, and \(P\) is a real-valued polynomial on \(\mathbb{R}^n\times \mathbb{R}^n\). For \(b\in L^r(\mathbb{R}^{n})\) with \(1<r<\infty\), the related commutator \([b, T_{\Omega}^P]\) is defined as \N\[\N[b, T_{\Omega}^P]f(x):=\textrm{p.v.} \int_{\mathbb{R}^n} e^{iP(x,y)} \frac{\Omega(x-y)}{|x-y|^{n}} [b(x)-b(y)]f(y) \ dy.\N\]\NIn this paper, the authors prove that: if \(T_{\Omega}^P\) is bounded on \(L^p(\mathbb{R}^{n})\), then \([b, T_{\Omega}^P]\) is compact from \(L^p(\mathbb{R}^{n})\) to \(L^q(\mathbb{R}^{n})\), where \(1<p\), \(q<\infty\) and \(\frac{1}{q}=\frac{1}{p}+\frac{1}{r}\). Moreover, the authors also extend this result to Morrey spaces.
