For periodic type \(\mathbb{Z}^m\)-skew-products over interval exchange transformations, the author proves a classification theorem for ergodic invariant Radon measures, identifying them as scaled versions of the family of Maharam measures which are parameterized by \(\mathbb{R}^m\). His proof uses symbolic coding and a result from \textit{J. Aaronson} et al. [Isr. J. Math. 128, 93--134 (2002; Zbl 1006.28013)]. He also gives an explicit form for the Maharam measures and proves the weak*-continuity of the measures as the parameter varies through a new extension of the Rauzy-Veech cocycle called the level-counting cocycle.\N\NThis type of classification of ergodic invariant Radon measures was obtained in other settings by several authors including Aaronson et al. [loc. cit.], \textit{M. Pollicott} and \textit{R. Sharp} [Topology Appl. 154, No. 12, 2365--2375 (2007; Zbl 1115.37018)], \textit{W. P. Hooper} et al. [Discrete Contin. Dyn. Syst. 33, No. 9, 4341--4347 (2013; Zbl 1306.37043)], and \textit{W. P. Hooper} [Geom. Topol. 19, No. 4, 1895--2038 (2015; Zbl 1371.37076)].
