Given a linear space \(V\) and a collection \(\mathcal S\) of linear operators acting on it, we say that a linear operator \(T\) on \(V\) interpolates \(\mathcal S\) if for every \(x\in V\) there is an element \(S\in \mathcal S\) (depending on \(x\)) such that \(Tx=Sx\). In this paper, the authors introduce the notion of interpolation relating to functionals and the notion of interpolation relating to rank-one tensors. In the same way as one can arrive from the interpolation of the very first kind mentioned above to the concept of algebraic reflexivity of linear spaces of operators, the authors define the corresponding two new concepts of reflexivity: weakly algebraic reflexivity and strongly algebraic reflexivity. In the remaining part of the paper, the authors present some properties of these kinds of reflexivity and investigate the relations among them.
