Numerical conformal mapping of periodic structure domains (Q698395)

The author proposes a constructive method of numerical conformal mapping of one-periodic domains onto periodic parallel slit domains. The mapping problem is reduced to a Hilbert-Riemann problem in a class of periodic functions. A charge simulation method (collocation method) which is based on the representation \(\sum_{j=1}^N Q_j log \sin (z-z_j)\) is developed to solve numerically the boundary value problem. Numerical examples with application to the flow past obstacles are given.
