    Let \(\theta_1\), \(\theta_2\) be non-negative nondecreasing functions on \((0, \infty)\) with \(\int_{0}^{1}\theta_j(t)t^{-1} dt<\infty\) \((j=1,2)\). A measurable function \(K(x,y)\) on \(\mathbb R^n\times\mathbb R^n\setminus \{(x,x): x\in \mathbb R^n\}\) is said to be a \((\theta_1, \theta_2)\)-type kernel if it satisfies \[ \begin{aligned} |K(x,y)|& \leq C|x-y|^{-n} \text{ for }x\neq y,\tag{i}\\ |K(x,y)-K(x+h, y)|& \leq C_1\theta_1(|h|/|x-y|)|x-y|^{-n} \text{ for }|h|<|x-y|/2,\tag{ii}\\ \text{and} |K(y,x)-K(y, x+h)|& \leq C_2\theta_2(|h|/|x-y|)|x-y|^{-n}\text{ for }|h|<|x-y|/2.\tag{iii}\end{aligned} \] And for \(\gamma>0\) and \(\varepsilon>0\), \(K(x,y)\) is said to be \(\gamma\)-regular with respect to \(y\), if \[ \begin{aligned}|\partial_y^\alpha K(x,y)|& \leq C|x-y|^{-n-|\alpha|} \text{ for }|\alpha|<\gamma\\ \text{and} |\partial_y^\alpha K(x,y)-\partial_y^\alpha K(x,y+h)|& \leq C|h|^{\gamma-|\alpha|}|x-y|^{-n-\gamma}\text{ for }|h|<|x-y|/2.\end{aligned} \] If \(K^*(y,x)= K(x,y)\) is \(\varepsilon\)-regular with respect to \(x\), it is said to be \(\varepsilon\)-regular with respect to \(x\). For \(1\leq p\leq \infty\), let \(A_p(\mathbb R^n)\) be the Muckenhoupt weight class. One defines \(q_w=\inf\{q\geq 1; w\in A_q(\mathbb R^n)\}\). The authors define a \((\theta_1, \theta_2)\)-type Calderón-Zygmund operator \(T\) as follows: \(T\) is a linear operator from \(\mathcal S(\mathbb R^n)\) into its dual, and satisfies (iv) \(T\) can be extended to a bounded linear operator from \(L^2(\mathbb R^n)\) into weak \(L^2(\mathbb R^n)\), and (v) there is a \((\theta_1,\theta_2)\)-type kernel \(K(x,y)\) such that \(Tf(x)=\int K(x,y)f(y) dy \) for all compactly supported \(C^\infty\)-functions \(f\) and all \(x\notin \roman{supp} f\). Since a \((\theta_1, \theta_2)\)-type Calderón-Zygmund operator is a \((\theta_1+\theta_2)\)-type Calderón-Zygmund operator, the above \((L^2, \text{weak} L^2)\)-boundedness is equivalent to \((L^2, L^2)\)-boundedness (they give other equivalent conditions, too), and hence using the reviewer's result, this \((\theta_1, \theta_2)\)-type Calderón-Zygmund operator satisfies weighted inequalities for Muckenhoupt \(A_p\) weights. Another result concerns the weighted Hardy space: Let \(\gamma, \varepsilon>0\) and \(T\) be a Calderón-Zygmund operator with a kernel which is \(\gamma\)-regular in \(y\) and \(\varepsilon \)-regular in \(x\). If \(0<p\leq 1\), \(w\in A_\infty\) with \(q_w/p<1+\gamma/n\) and \(\int x^\alpha Ta(x) dx=0\) for all \(a\in L^\infty(\mathbb R^n)\) supported in a cube \(Q\) satisfying \(\|a\|_\infty \leq w(Q)^{-1/p}\) and \(\int x^\alpha a(x) dx=0\) \((|\alpha|\leq [n(q_w/p-1)])\), then \(T\) is bounded on \(H_w^p(\mathbb R^n)\): the weighted Hardy space. The case \(\alpha=0\), \(0<\gamma, \varepsilon\leq 1\) and \(n/(n+\gamma)<p\leq 1\) was treated by \textit{T. Quek} and \textit{D. Yang} [Acta Math. Sin., Engl. Ser. 16, No. 1, 141-160 (2000; Zbl 0956.42011)]. Weighted weak Hardy space cases are also discussed.
