Let $G$ be a finite Abelian group acting faithfully on $\mathbb{CP}^{1}$ and on $X$ an affine subspace of $\mathbb{CP}^{1}$ preserved by the action. In [Ann. Sc. Norm. Super. Pisa, Cl. Sci., IV. Ser. 22, No. 2, 341--361 (1995; Zbl 0845.14020)], \textit{C. de Concini} and \textit{F. Fagnani} classified the $G$-equivariant algebraic vector bundles on $X$. In the present paper the authors classify the $G$-equivariant algebraic vector bundles on $\mathbb {CP}^{1}$. They show that $G$ can be a cyclic group or a group isomorphic to $\mathbb{Z}/2\mathbb{Z} \oplus\mathbb{Z}/2\mathbb{Z}$. In the case of $G$ a finite cyclic group they show that there are three cases of $G$-equivariant algebraic vector bundles and for $G$ isomorphic to $mathbb{Z}/2\mathbb{Z}\oplus\mathbb{Z}/2\mathbb{Z}$ they show that that there could be four types.
