Given a set of points \(P\) and a family of geometric objects \(L\) in the \(d\)-dimensional Euclidean space, an \emph{incidence} is a pair \((p,\ell)\in P\times L\) such that \(p\) lies on \(\ell\).\N\NIn this paper the authors obtain, among others, a lower bound for the number of incidences between a set of points \(P=\{p_1,\dots,p_n\}\) in the unit square and a set of \(\delta\)-tubes (i.e., \(\delta\)-neighborhoods of lines) \(L=\{T_1,\dots,T_n\}\) satisfying that \(T_j\) passes through \(p_j\), \(j=1,\dots,n\), under a particular regularity condition.
