The authors discuss the notions of jet closure and jet support closure of an ideal \(I\) in a local ring \(R\) following to [\textit{T. de Fernex} et al., J. Algebra 501, 166--181 (2018; Zbl 1451.14045)]. More precisely, they study the case when the ideal \(I\) is generated by monomials or quasi-homogeneous polynomials in a local ring of formal power series over an algebraically closed field of characteristic 0. For \(ADE\)-singularities the authors calculate the dual analytic algebras associated with both jet germs which in fact are zero-dimensional singularities. They then describe algorithms for computing both invariants and two procedure in terms of the system of algebraic computations ``Singular''. These kind of calculations for monomial and quasi-homogeneous ideals inspired them to pose a number of questions, problems and conjectures regarding the properties of jet closure schemes in some other cases.
