Let \(R\) be a ring. The authors introduce some classes of relative cotorsion modules. An \(R\)-module \(M\) is (strongly \(\mathcal{C}_C\)) \(n-\mathcal{C}_C\)-cotorsion if Ext\(_R^i(N,M) =0\) for all \(\mathcal{F}_C\)-flat modules \(N\) and all integer numbers \(i\), \(1\leq i\leq n\). Here, the notion of \(\mathcal{F}_C\)-flat modules was introduced previously by the authors in [Commun. Algebra 50, No. 9, 3853--3882 (2022; Zbl 1504.16013)] as those modules satisfying that \(M^+=\mathrm{Hom}_{\mathbb Z}(M,\mathbb Q/\mathbb Z)\in \mathrm{Prod}_R(C^+)\). The classes of \(1-\mathcal{C}_C\)-cotorsion and strongly \(\mathcal{C}_C\)-cotorsion are used to construct two complete cotorsion pairs cogenerated by a set. A characterization is given for when \((\mathcal{F}_C,\mathcal{F}_C^\perp)\) forms a perfect cotorsion pair cogenerated by a set. In the next section, it is shown that the class of \(G_C\)-flat is the left-hand class of a perfect hereditary pair and from which a model structure of \(R\)-Mod is constructed. In the final section, necessary and sufficient condition are given in order that the relative Bass class (resp. Auslander class) be the class of fibrant (resp. cofibrant) objects of an abelian module structure on \(R\)-Mod.
