The authors investigate finite groups in which minimal subgroups and certain small cyclic subgroups are Hall normally embedded in their normal closures. They define the class of PHN-groups and show that these are supersolvable. A structural analysis leads to the classification of minimal non-PHN-groups and to sufficient conditions for a group to belong to the class. Special attention is paid to the case in which all maximal subgroups of even order are PHN-groups, which forces the group to be supersolvable.\N\NThe results clarify how local subgroup embedding conditions affect the global structure of a finite group. In particular, the paper refines earlier work on NE- and PE-groups and provides new criteria for nilpotency and supersolvability based on Hall-type embedding properties.
