This paper deals with 3D incompressible Navier-Stokes equations in a time-dependent domain with boundary function \(\eta=\eta(t,y)\) of low regularity. This is well motivated by problems coming from the fluid-structure interaction, where \(\eta\) is typically solution of, e.g., Kotier-type models, hence a Sobolev function in general.\N\NThe main result here is partial regularity of (suitable) weak solutions, in the spirit of a celebrated result by \textit{L. Caffarelli} et al. [Commun. Pure Appl. Math. 35, 771--831 (1982; Zbl 0509.35067)]. Towards this aim, a maximal regularity estimate for the corresponding Stokes problem is established first. Existence of suitable boundary weak solution is then demonstrated. Finally, by the means of a classical blow-up technique, the \(5/3\)-parabolic Hausdorff measure of the possible singular set is proven to be zero.
