The purpose of this paper is to classify holonomic systems of (micro) differential equations whose characteristic varieties are singular Lagrangian subvarieties. Let \(X\) be a complex manifold of dimension \(m\). The authors consider the situation that the characteristic variety of the holonomic system on \(X\) is a conormal bundle \(\Lambda\) of the hypersurface \(\{y^k=x^m\}\) where \(k,n\) are integers with \(2\leq k\leq n-1\) and \((k,n)=1\). For a given system of microdifferential equation \({\mathcal M}\) of multiplicity one along \(\Lambda\), there are complex numbers \(\lambda_i\), \(i\in\mathbb{Z}\) such that \(\lambda_{i+k}= \lambda_i\), and \(\alpha_i: =\lambda_i- \lambda_{i+1}+ (n-k)/k\) is a non-negative integer and the germ of \({\mathcal M}\) at the origin is isomorphic to \({\mathcal M}_{( \lambda_i)}\). Here \({\mathcal M}_{(\lambda_i)}\) is the \({\mathcal E}_{\mathbb{C}^m}\)-module generated by \(u_i\) that satisfies \(u_{i+k}=u_i\), \((\vartheta-\lambda_i) u_i=0\), \(\partial_xu_i= -(n/k)x^{\alpha_i} \partial_yu_{i+1}\), \(\partial_{t_j} u_i=0\) \((1\leq j\leq m-2)\) on \(\mathbb{C}^m: =(x,y,t_1, \dots, t_{m-2})\). By using this characterization, the authors give a classification of \({\mathcal D}_{\mathbb{C}^m}\)-modules whose characteristic varieties are equal to the union of the conormal of the hypersurface \(\{y^k=x^n\}\) with the zero section and shows that the solutions are given as a solution of a \(_kF_{k-1}\) hypergeometric differential equation.
