The following is proven: let \(K\) and \(L\) be two convex bodies in \(\mathbb{R}^4\) (which is identified with \(\mathbb{C}^2\)). Let for every every 3-dimensional subspace, the orthogonal projections of \(K\) and \(L\) onto the subspace differ either by a rotations or by a reflection, and assume as an important additional restriction that the complex lines are the invariant subspaces of the corresponding rotation or reflection. (It is known by [\textit{N. Zhang}, J. Differ. Equations 265, No. 5, 2064--2075 (2018; Zbl 1393.52004)] that this restriction cannot be omitted.) Then \(K\) = \(L\).\N\NA similar statement is proved for sections of \(K\) and \(L\).
