A methodology for investigating the convergence of the stationary distribution of a generalized truncated model to the stationary distribution of the original multiserver retrial queue of type M/M/\(c\) is developed. Various truncated models are discussed. Stochastic comparison technique and exponentiality are used to develop an underlying synchronization procedure.
