This paper provides a classification of regular hypermaps with automorphism group isomorphic to \(\mathrm{PSL}(3,p)\), for any prime \(p\), under the assumption that the hyperface-valency is at least \(6\).\N\NRelying on the combinatorial and group-theoretic framework of admissible involution triples \((t, r, \varphi)\), the authors describe all non-isomorphic regular hypermaps up to isomorphism, determining explicitly the number \(n(t,r)\) of distinct hypermaps associated with each pair \((t,r)\).\N\NTheir main result, Theorem~2.8, identifies four infinite families of such hypermaps, depending on whether the hyperface-valency \(k\) satisfies \(k = p\), \(k = 2p\), \(k \mid (p - 1)\), or \(k \mid (p + 1)\). The classification is supported by a detailed structural analysis of subgroups and involutions in \(\mathrm{PSL}(3,p)\) and by computational checks in small cases using \textsc{MAGMA}.
