In the paper under review, an abstract notion of integration for Effros measurable multifunctions taking values in a weakly compact subset of a separable Banach space is developed. This notion is based on a hypothesis of monotonicity and it is required that the integral assigns at most one value to a single-valued function and evaluates the constant function with the value of the correspondence. General properties of the integral such as monotonicity, linearity and homogeneity are satisfied.\N\NA Fatou-type lemma and a monotone convergence theorem are proved.\N\NThe results obtained are applied in order to get axiomatic characterizations of the Aumann, Aumann-Bochner and set-valued Pettis integral.
