The author initially generalises the so-called Bromwich-Wagner's theorem. Then he makes an effort to derive conditions for convergence of the fundamental matrix of linear time-invariant time-delayed singular systems. He ends with an example that points out the fact that certain results of the theory of linear time-invariant singular systems are not correct.
