The paper is devoted to Bianchi VI\(_0\) spacetimes with an additional homothetic vector field. It is assumed that Einstein's field equation for a perfect fluid with equation of state \(p=(\gamma -1) \mu\) is satisfied. The author reports that he has determined all such spacetimes for which the energy density and some kinematical quantities are strictly positive, and that the latter conditions require the parameter \(\gamma\) to be between 6/5 and 3/2.
