This paper studies quasi-Whittaker modules over the Schrödinger algebra of \((1+1)\)-dimensional space-time. It is shown that each non-singular block of the category of such modules is equivalent to the category of finite dimensional modules over the polynomial algebra in one variable. Also, an explicit realizations of simple quasi-Whittaker modules using differential operators is given.
