The study is motivated by a result of \textit{W. Bartol} [Commentat. Math. Univ. Carol. 31, No. 3, 405--410 (1990; Zbl 0711.08006)] characterising those lattices that are isomorphic to a lattice of weak subalgebras of some partial algebra. Here the lattice of fuzzy weak subalgebras of some partial algebra is studied and characterised. Using this characterisation it is shown that the lattice of fuzzy weak subalgebras of a unary algebra uniquely determines the oriented graph associated to the algebra.
