A note on dual series equations involving certain biorthogonal polynomials (Q704896)

The authors consider a pair of dual series equations involving a pair of polynomials suggested by Jacobi polynomials which are biorthogonal on the interval \((-1,\,1)\) and obtain the unknown coefficients involved in the series equations. They also consider the limiting case, which leads to Konhauser biorthogonal polynomials [\textit{J. D. E. Konhauser}, ``Biorthogonal polynomials suggested by the Laguerre polynomials'', Pac. J. Math. 21, 303--314 (1967; Zbl 0156.07401)].
